I had a hard time 3 years ago and got a loan from Ms Paycheck. I paid my debts on or before time they were due. I was told everything was squared away. Now, 3 yrs later I just received a summons for court because somehow I still owed $100. I never heard anything from them about this and when I called to get info, the man in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't let me ask any questions. Instead he immediately said "you people don't pay." And hung up on me. I was only trying to find out what happened. Every time I would try to call back he would hang up on me until I was finally able to leave a message. Immediately after leaving the message I got a call from the owner ,who is also extremely rude. They must not be very smart I.e: person only owes $100, and they spent over $500 for court fees. I'm a stay at home mom as of now, good luck collecting! Not married so can't even go after my partners $. They must be in a lot of debt to sue over $100. Ouch :/ ...read more
