Bait and Switch company. On Realtor.Com the home and land was $405K. Once we sat down to dicuss actual home and land pricing the price went to $450K. Even thought Realtor listed fully finished basement, 3.1 acres among a number of other standard features the listing agent Conveniently didn't include that in the price so as to get Traffic to his office. After that we cut them loose and sprinted away from GJ and went with a different builder and the same lot.
