Parker Landing Child Development Center

It's really a shame that the owner Taube is so rude as some of the teachers there are so loving & kind. I believe the owner needs a class in how to be personable & approachable. I have never in my life been met with such rudeness & condescending comments. I would recommend this daycare if it weren't for the management here. Taube is not just rude to the Parents but also the Children. It's a nice facility but not worth the hassle & stress of having to deal with Taube. I had 2 kids going here at one point & it was a terrible experience!!!!! I ...read more

I would not recommend sending your child to this daycare center. We had heard some good things about Parker Landing. However, once we were there several months, we noticed that it continues to go downhill. A few things: 1) There is no organization in the classroom. What thy tell you their daily activiites are, are not accurate. Not only that, but movies are watched more than they should be. 2) Food - If you want your child having sugar for all of their snacks, breakfast, and lunch, then this is the place for you. They do not serve food with nutritional value. Everything is out of a can. Examples of breakfast snack include: chocolate covered donuts, powder donuts. Then on the same day, their afternoon snack will be ice cream, kettle corn, or rice crispy treats. 3) The owners are horrible and do not care about their business. I think at one time they probably did, but now it is almost like they have given up. 4) I have heard multiple parents tell me that their child was yelled at by the teacher. Teachers seem to be focused on taking a coffee break and not focused on the child. I have picked up my child several times and noticed he had a dirty pullup. If I could smell it within seconds, why couldn't the teacher. ...read more
