Jack Scott (ARA Technologies) is a very knowledgeable, and excellent technician. He showed within the time quoted, was neat and well spoken and was very complete and neat in his repair. He discovered 2 other problems with my tv, fixed those also and did not charge as much as was quoted even with the additional repair. He also was current on new televisions and gave us good advise for our future purchases. I recommend him highly for in home service and will continue to do so in the future. ...read more
