I would not recommend anyone moving to the courtyard or putting there family their until something is done with the director. The director is mean to resident's she is rude to family members and dose not know how to treat staff, in the short time I had a family member living there I heard the director tell another resident that they smelled bad and had to take a shower cause they were dirty she also was rude to many people including staff this being proven by the turn over rate that take place at the courtyard she also has new reasons to charge more money on a monthly basis.
