I took my 2004 Mini Cooper to SCR recently to have it serviced. My car was running poorly and in very bad shape when I brought it to SCR. The mechanics ran diagnostics and found that I needed new tires, new spark plugs, flushes, etc. Adam was amazing. He showed me the list of everything that needed to be done and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. When I came in for service, Adam introduced me to the technician who was going to work on my car, which meant a lot to me as a consumer. Every single person I met at SCR was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very passionate about cars. Their dedication to the craft was evident in work they put into my car. I couldn’t believe the difference when I got in my newly serviced car to drive home. The alignment was perfect, it ran so smoothly, and was 110% better than before. I have been taking my 2005 GLI to SCR for over 3 years now. Not only do they offer quality, affordable service; I trust them to perform the work. I no longer take my GLI to the dealership or any other mechanic. Being female, I appreciate the respect and understanding I receive. I would recommend to anyone, to go to SCR. SCR is the only place I will take my BMW. I have had work done there multiple times and have been thoroughly impressed with each and every service. I have no hesitation leaving my car with them now because I know that they will take care of it and that it will be fixed correctly every time! They have great prices, a friendly staff and are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to my car. They have always been straight with me, and I have never felt like they were trying to sell me on anything. Even their shop is impressive!
