Upon arrival to the location, he stated he called the cops on my stepdad for driving drunk, threatened to steal my car and impound it, and then brandished a big flashlight like he was going to hit somebody.At this point, I went to call the sheriff, then he droped my car in the middle of the road and left, seemingly afraid of the harassment ticket I was ready to charge him with.
