I have stopped into the Serendipity store in Longmont twice. Both times, the "owner" seemed very cool in response to questions I might have. While in the store, she was also did not have a friendly, open response to someone else that was asking questions. She was busy tagging things at the front desk, but customer service of potential buyers came second. The owner didn't seem to want to go out of her way, to help her customers. Love, love, love the store...but not excited about buying from her, mostly just looking now. Hopefully the owner is now more aware of the impression she gives to her customers. Maybe she is more friendly to people she knows, or her friends....don't know. Too bad, it is a fun, great store and a plus for Longmont! ...read more

I recently placed a phone call to the owner of Serendipity and was very disappointed by her customer service. I had several questions and she stated that she had someone on the other line and that it'd be best if I could come into the shop. I would've LOVED to swing on in by I don't live in the area....should've thought twice about answering another call if you're too busy! Won't be shopping there for my holiday presents.
