I recently purchased a new car at Phil Long. I was very impressed with the sales person's knowledge of the vehicles during the test drives and he helped me feel comfortable and sync my phone and show me several features on my new car which beat reading an owners manual to figure most things out. I wasn't thrilled with the buying process. Part of it is my fault for not doing the math but I thought I was getting a certain interest rate that later turned out to not be the case. I agreed on a monthly price and wasn't able to review any documents about details of my purchase until it was time to sign. I should have taken the time to read them. I didn't get the deal I thought I was getting but I shoulder some of this responsibility. I don't think the finance person and sales person were quite as forthcoming as they could be and for as long as I had to sit and wait, it would have been nice to review my documents before the pressure of signing.
