I sent my child here because she was cutting. The assessment took five hours and they finally admitted her with-out final approval from our insurance. At ten o'clock p.m. they called to say insurance had been denied but they did have approval for another facility and pending my approval they were ready to transport. I researched the other facility and told them to go ahead and transport her .It is now 4 p.m. the following day and she still has not been moved. they will not release her to me because even though she was admitted as a voluntary patient they have now put a 72 hour hold on her. The staff is rude, and is basically clueless. This is more frustrating than shopping Wal-Mart on black Friday. NEVER EVER trust this facility with your child!!!! ...read more
