We have never done a home inspection. Chris was absolutely wonderful!! He took the time after the inspection to go through every line of the home inspection - both good and bad. Chris was very thorough and spent a lot of time with us explaining everything. He also delivered a very thorough, 3 ring binder with everything listed and full color pictures for us to reference. We were so impressed with Chris from Homespy inspections as our property inspector. Because of his diligent inspection, we avoided buying a house that had foundation problems that were easy to overlook, but quite significant! Because of powers beyond our control, and some bad luck, we did *3* house inspections during the process of buying our house. we used homespy every time, and learned so much from his reports and guidance.
