Beth ,On the day you came and brought me my renewal lease,I informed you that I hadn't paid rent since January.I asked you to please write me a rent statement ,of back rent or current rent due .Also I left you a message on your phone at n.r. back in end of January .And/Or to mail it to : Jennifer at the S.S.I. Greeley,who's in charge of my back pay settlement and who was to give me a an advance on 2nd payment for all current and overdue bills.You said you had to talk to someone at n.r.....It was then, when I told you of me having to bury my son,Steven, in January,(My ex and I ).He was only 22 yrs. old .It was in the Tribune ,He died at Monforts Plant,So if... you don't remember this discussion and still want to evict me. You better get a Court Order.Which I will Have at least 90 days to move. I've been paying rent faithfully for 5 yrs. and I did let you know of my situation.Also the S.S.I. has $27,000.00 of my money.and can either pay absent minded new management or just cold hearted management.Or you are just doing this for other official reasons which means you have violated my privacy rights.and furthermore I have nothing to do with any of it . .Anyways I want to move to a home which I told Sherry I was considering doing when I get my full settlement in 6mo.s.Furthermore: I will fight this eviction,behind the arson where everything I owned was ruined , and I never got one red cent,to compensate for my losses.I didn't even have any clothes to wear for the longest .Nor furniture .Nor dishes nor anything .North Range did not lift a finger to help me. They moved Me in the middle of the night into an empty apt. with just my robe and never mentioned it again.There is no statute of limitations on my losses that I afflicted.The least N..R. can do is spare 3 mo.s and give me a little time to mourn. so I can pay for my sons burial.It's not like I didn't intend to pay my rent...but if you decide I still have to move I'm going to need more time.60 to 90 days to find a home and to pack and to get transportation to do so .Thank You very much .#Apt. 708. ...read more
