My story is identical to the author of "Most Unreliable..." I just moved her from TX where I purchased my LG washer almost two years ago, so it still under warranty. A service guy comes out on a Monday, says he needs to order a part and will return Wed or Thu to complete the repair. I don't hear from him for TWO WEEKS!! I call them early in the morning tells me the parts are on back order, but promises to call me back later in the day with more information. That does not happen. I call the warranty company (Pacific Sales, a subsidiary of BestBuy) and they resubmit my claim. Three weeks in, my washer has stopped working completely!! I call Trinity and the tell me that will show up Wednesday. That was a week ago and no Trinity!! This morning I had to go to a coin laundry to wash. John from Trinity Television did a great job repairing our front load washing machine on a warranty service call. He came a long way for this and had prepurchased parts based on our error codes. It took over a week for him to get to us but this compares favorably to services we checked with a two week waiting list. ...read more

Home Depot sent John from Trinity out to fix my LG washer that was less than a year and a half old under the warranty. Trinity was supposed to call me to set up the appointment but never did. Three days later I call Home Depot back and they get in touch with him and he comes out next day to check out my problem. Says the motor needs replaced and Home Depot guarantees two day delivery on replacement parts, so he will have it Wednesday to come put in. No call Wednesday....Thursday....finally call from my work phone (he doesn't seem to answer calls from my cell phone any longer) and he tells me the motor is on back order but we should have it and will come out that Saturday or Sunday to put in. Voicemail left for him Saturday and Sunday...nothing. Finally I call Home Depot Monday and they get ahold of him, he is going to come out Tuesday between 5 and 6 pm to look at it again. Tuesday comes around....6:30pm passes, no John from Trinity. Call, leave voicemail, nothing. Doesn't show up for the appointment he confirmed with Home Depot and myself via phone. Look, I understand things happen. But when multiple times you don't call your customer, return their call, or show up for an appointment then you obviously have serious customer service issues. Home Depot has been very helpful in this situation and is escalating my issue to get fixed by someone else and has filed a complaint against Trinity TV. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY to fix your appliances, will just give you a headache. If Home Depot has sent him out or says they will send him out under your warranty to fix something, ask for someone else. Also, you can file a complaint with Home Depot and if they get enough customer complaints they will take Trinity off their list of approved repair vendors. ...read more
