The night dropped to minus 16 degrees and our furnace decided to quit. We called a big-box company and Comfort Services. All we wanted to do was replace the 23 year old furnace with a new and more efficient unit. Hours of high pressure sales pitch from big-box left us stunned at the cost. Zach Whiteley came in and listened to us, evaluated the equipment and gave us a firm quote for a Trane furnace at half the price of big-box; including all extras. The next day, the unit was installed by two professionals who were very conscious to keep things clean. It was easy to communicate with Comfort Services from the initial call to follow up for inspections. The installation of a name-brand unit was a fantastic value. Two city inspectors commented on the quality and professional installation they saw from Comfort Services. I have used Appletree Plumbing and Heating 3 times know. The first they found and fixed a leak 2 other company's could not. Than once on my heating system and once on my air conditioning. Each time they have been nice on the phone sent out very good technicians that communicated well, found & fixed the problem and were on time each time.
