I bought a pair of boots from RCC and after three weeks they had stretched out so much I couldn't wear them. I told them what had happened and the manager proceeded to walk over and get a size smaller boot and hand them to me with no questions asked. They are number one people to do business with and their products are fine quality and their customer service is the best I have seen. I wrote a letter to the paper but it never got printed.
