A though Z has been wonderful to work with. We've used their services within our offices for at least two years, now, and I can say that: (1) they are always prompt to respond when we have an issue (day or night) - whether by phone, text, or email; (2) they work with our existing system, not requiring special software or hardware; (3) they provide recommendations and suggestions to help us increase productivity; (4) they never make you feel like your dumb questions are dumb - they are always courteous and considerate; (5) and even helped me fix some problems with my son's computer at home.
