When we were purchasing a home, our real estate agent gave us a list of 3 inspection companies they had worked with and recommended. Well i wish i could review these guys but they NEVER came out to give me a bid despite Jim Simpson's promise. Made a big deal about how they weren't like other contractors and he would be out himself. Never came never returned email or phone calls. Glad i didnt do business with them can only imagine the type of work they do. ...read more
