These people are crooks. They sold me a car that had illegal problems with it. The airbag light was on, they said it came on after the repair they did and they did not have the tool to reset the computer, LIE! My shop worked on the car when I got back and found that an airbag connector was not reconnected and that it could have gone off by itself in that condition and that it was illegal to sell in that condition. They also found that the front brakes were in ...read more

Look at the reviews - they're either 5-Stars or 1-Star. All the 1-Star reviews say the same thing - they'll tow your car. \t\nI've been a regular customer for years, and can tell you TSS (now Billiards Inc) is the best place to play pool in South Denver. The tables play great, the staff is friendly - just don't park in the lot, wander off, and expect it to be there when you get back. ...read more

My brother was on leave from Iraq and we went here to play pool and have a few drinks. The waitresses and bartenders were all very attractive and nice. We had great service. Their security guards patrol the parking lot, but it is to insure the protection of customer vehicles. I suppose that if you are not a customer there, then you could expect your car to get towed, the same as anywhere else. \t\n\t\nWe had a great time! ...read more

Ultimate Poker Night

Although poker did not originate in the US, it has become one of the most popular American pastimes in history. The game of poker has dug its roots deep into the American culture. Poker tables are meeting places for business partners, friends and family members. Long lasting relationships are forged over games of poker while many relationships come to an end over a poker table. However, if you are planning a poker night, your aim would be to entertain. Here's a little help in planning that ultimate poker night that will keep the guys coming back. Organizing a poker night takes a lot of planning. If you want this night to be perfect you must get the right combination of people, the right venue and the right poker supplies. When choosing the people to invite for an evening of poker, remember that the true aim is about entertaining friends, and not winning or losing. Choose 5 or 6 friends and invite them for a night of fun. They don't have to know each other, and they need not be of the same gender. Then choose a venue... If possible, the location should be a central one. However, you can organize transportation for those who live far away. It is important to set the right kind of mood for the night. You will therefore need to invest in some quality poker furniture. You can get a poker table and a matching set of poker chairs. If your budget for poker furniture is limited, you can get a simple poker table top and use your dining chairs for sitting. With the venue and participants selected, you need to organize for the right time. It is best to set it for a Friday or Saturday night to enable your friends some time to recover from a full night of fun, and often brew. Before the actual event, check to ensure that you have the right poker supplies and enough for everyone (chips, cards, etc.). You can even include authentic poker chips, cards, and decor to create the atmosphere of a real Casino. Having got your venue ready and all your poker supplies, all you need are drinks, chips, nuts, and maybe your favorite pizza. Ensure that the mood remains light and conversation is flowing to make the event one to remember. Keep it fun and not competitive, and everyone will have a great evening. Poker Fund Raising - Article

Raising Charity Money through a Poker Fund Raising Event Poker is quickly becoming a popular spectator event. It is not uncommon to find advertisements for poker tournaments in the newspapers or on billboards. Many charity organizations are picking up on the popularity of the game and its potential to raise funds for different causes. These organizations have realized that well-organized poker tournaments are a highly efficient way to raise funds while awarding those who participate. Organizing a poker tournament involves a lot of planning and input. It is advisable to enlist the assistance of a professional tournament director and/or a poker tournament company. However, the services of these professionals can be costly. As a charity organization, you may not have enough funds to spend on professional services and may want to handle the organization of the tournament on your own. If you find yourself in this situation then read on to find some clues on what you need to do to make your tournament a success. The first step is to find some people who understand the game and can play it well. There should be at least 10 or twenty players to make the tournament worthwhile for spectators and other participants who may enter on the actual day of the tournament. You can then consult with some of the players and decide on the best type of poker for the day. Set the rules for the game. Decide on what the buy-in will be, the type of prizes and the buyback rules. You can then go ahead and buy poker supplies and keep in mind that the type of poker played determines the type of supplies you will buy. Get enough poker tables and poker chairs. Ensure that you get a few extra poker tables than the number required for the players invited initially to cater for any players who may enter the tournament on the actual day. Select some volunteers who understand poker to act as game dealers then spread the word about the tournament. Once players arrive they should register and submit their buy-in money. Players should then be divided into groups of five or six and seated at their poker tables. Then the games can begin. All players should be given the same number of poker chips, and people play until they run out. The games on the separate tables continue until only one player is left at each table. The winners play against each other until eventually there is only one table left to play. The last person left standing is then awarded the winner's prize. The difference between this tournament and a regular tournament is that the prize is not money but a gift that the organization has bought or was given. The charity organization then gets to keep the rest of the proceeds from the tournament. Learn more about ourpoker supplies and billiards accessories. ...read more
