NEGATIVE STARS if I could. D & D Spas called ME to tell me about their "stellar" company, service and rating. I booked them after being promised they were going to provide a temporary hot tub cover while I waited for my new one. (I explained, this was my main reason for booking this company as my home is for sale and being shown.) "That should be no problem," I was told. At the end of the cleaning Dan didn't have one and "don't really do that anyway". The company rep I called about the situation only gave excuses, no apology, and hung up on me! Dan, the serviceman also expressed no concern, and said what he just did for $235 was a FAVOR!! When we asked him to put the side back on the tub, he said they charge by the minute to do that, and then proceeded to over-tighten the first screw.
