My experience with Vail Vision was once mistake after another. I asked for my same contacts but stronger, apparently they were not available. So they ordered me others that were twice the price. They were awful and uncomfortable. When I asked if there was anything else, there was suddenly my old ones available. When I got those, they were great but they orderd the wrong ones not once but twice. Charging me for double the amount not once but twice.
