Yes, I fell for their pitch even though they don't share profiles or photos of their clients. They did not listen to my preferences at all and according to the few men I met they didn't listen to theirs either. This is another service I wish I had read reviews on before joining and I never would have. Have heard such poor feedback since when their name comes up in conversation. As a recommendation from our attorney, Mr. DeFord was hired to complete a real estate appraisal of our home. We were told it would cost between $400 and $500 for the appraisal. When Mr. DeFord came to the house, he asked me for $600 and then settled for $500. He never did complete the appraisal and we and our attorney have asked for a full refund and have been ignored since August of 2010.
