In the time my child was here i had multiple issues with the staff. They are rude, careless, mean, and ruthless. When i would pick up my child the staff would be on their phones, often the children weren't being watched and were in the class alone. When they spoke of behavior they were rude and never gave solutions to any problems they were having. I have walked in on the staff yelling at the children. he only reason I am even giving a star rating is because I have to. If you are looking for bottom of the barrel, inconsistent child care, then this is the place for you. I have taken my child to this daycare their entire life. We have never had any trouble that was couldn't be worked out. Then Jenni left. And now my child seems to be in trouble everyday. It is such a shame, as I had envisioned that this was where my child would go until it was time for them to go to full time school. I guess life has other plans for us. The first time that this daycare pulled me into their office I was told that my child was a "danger to themselves, and to other".... What.... My child is two. I was devastated. I took them to the MD and after watching my child play for awhile, my child was deemed completely "normal" and they asked what trauma my child had endured there. And trust me there have been plenty.... From other children in my child's class....From a concussion to broken finger.... Through all of the struggle we tried to make it work. From our end as parents, and this "so called Quality Star Daycare" stated they would do the same. Until last week when they sent a letter home stating that my child could no longer come there. Again, we work something out. Now mind you, I have already starting looking for another center. I began to feel like my child was being singled out in her class and I was beginning to see that it was the SAME TEACHER.... Today I gave very specific instructions that if my child were to act out, I was to be call and I would pick my child up and bring them home....I never received a phone call....I am then broadsided by several incident reports....When they where asked why I was not called, Their response...We called the father....Well, the FATHER is out of town...Then they said that they tried to call me but they didn't have my number.... Really...After I gave it to them weeks ago when I first changed it??? And the best part...The father gave them my number to call me after they had called him.... This daycare WILL NEVER take your child's needs in mind...Ever. They will single out your child when they are not "cookie Cutter'. Give your money to someone else. I cannot believe I subjected my child to this AWEFUL PLACE...I would also like to state that I HAVE REPORTED this facility only to find out I'm not the first parent to report them for ABUSE!!!! ...read more

None this place is a joke they stuff a ton of kids in a small facility, they can care less about your children they are all about making a buck. This place is very unsanitary your kids will catch everything, please send your child somewhere they are actually cared for and not just a dollar sign. ...read more
