This warranty is beyond a scam, I have purchased a lot of furniture in my life and not once had I purchased a warranty because I take good care of my furniture because the sales man told us this warranty covers EVERYTHING and it's for 5 years I decided I would purchase it, here it is 3 years later I call to make a claim, I couldn't understand the lady over the phone very well and she said something like I need the original receipt, email address, pictures and explanation of how it got scratched etc "I still didn't understand what she was saying so I figured I could read the email to complete my claim. The email wasn't clear either " Guess what "My claim was denied" no surprise there !! I've sent and receive at the least 20 emails between GreatWhite and myself and it's not resolved, she emailed me a Copy of the warranty and I read I was to receive a protective Kit with my purchased but I never knew anything about it nor did I get it!! This is a scam between Furniture Row and this company and I'm not tolerating it, my furniture looks new with the exception of the area that I requested to be repaired!!! I've talked with an attorney and he said due to the overwhelming majority of people who have been denied and the store telling them more is covered under the warranty protection then there is he will take action and I have 100% faith in him because he can see what a judge will see " they don't cover anything it's a scam" I'd like to see their repair log lol I'm sure they don't have any repairs done but I'm not going to be another suckers I'll take this as far I I need to so customers are told the truth and stop stealing from people who purchased this fake warranty!! ...read more

I called to file claim on my sectional, because leather was peeling in a spot. They stall you with emails first, then stall you on phone when you call back. Finally they denied my claim saying the damage was do to a burn, not sure how they can tell that from pics. I called to dispute it and I guess I got the only customer service rep that answers phones and is an expert on leather furniture. She had me wait while she reviewed the photos and then told me the discoloration was from a burn and not covered. Finally she agreed to resubmit the claim and this time it only took three hours for them to deny. They are happy to take your money but no intention to pay for or repair anything. ...read more

SCAM!!!! Do NOT buy the warranty at Furniture Row. Furniture Row claims Great White Bottling will cover ALL defects, scratches, etc. on their furniture no matter what. This is simply not true and total bull. Great White Bottling doesn't cover anything and their warranty is a scam. I wish someone could shut this company down. In addition, I am disappointed by Furniture Row and teaching their sales reps to lie to their customers regarding this so called warranty. I will NEVER buy at Furniture Row again and NEVER post anything good regarding Great White Bottling. I wish the BBB could shut them down!!! ...read more
