I wouldn't even give these guys a star. Worst COMMUNICATION, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST EMPLOYEES. I placed an order roughly a month ago for our department. "There was a hold up at the for the t shirts. We will ship it out next week." This was a month ago. I called today to ask about the status, and they still haven't shipped it out. Then they played telephone tag, swapping me from person to person. They told me they will have it shipped out Monday morning, because Saturday is a half day. Really? While Neeves offers people who are friendly on the phone, it seems that the uniforms NEVER make it out the door on time. I have yet to see anything that our fire department orders out the door at a decent time. I've seen guys on our Department wait as long as 1 1/2 months for silkscreened t shirts!?!?!?! Any Fire Department looking to do huge orders do not pick this company. Not only do they not ship things out on time, but they also don't offer anything or apologize.
