Travelers Haven was everything that corporate housing should be. Everything in nice shape, breakfast was good, facilities are fairly new, decent restaurant selection in the area, etc. Check-in host (a young man) was clearly not wanting to work there, but he was the exception. We were so looking forward to eating at The Old Spaghetti Factory this evening but after tonight's experience I don't know that we will ever be back. Started out with the Hostesses yelling at each other and proceeding to my killing a bug crawling across our table before the waiter took our order. Our salads came the same time our entrees did and couldn't relax to enjoy our meal because the wait staff were all running around literally and often times almost running into each other. Found a piece of plastic in my salad and barely an apology from our waiter. Our waiter was very nice the only up side, but still a very unpleasant experience. ...read more
