I am sure this company does fine work, however, they have some of the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I called to get some information about XRF analysis and the owner was extremely rude and short tempered, she even hung up on me for calling back and asking how much sample she needed for the analysis! Unless you want your head bitten off for asking questions I would not work with this company. I decided not to go with this company for XRF analysis despite the fact that they are located just down the street from where we are located. She even had the audacity to say that I was being too sensitive when letting her know that we had decided to go with a different company due to the way I was treated on the phone. ...read more
