We recently purchased the topper for our queen size perfection waterbed. When we received the topper, it is the size for a full size bed. I have contacted CS several times and sent emails with no resolve. I am being told that they undercut the toppers so they can grow. No where on the website are the dimensions displayed..nor did the Sales Rep. explain this to me prior to my purchase. The topper has not "grown" and we are very dissatisfied with a 3.5" step down from the topper to the mattress. I have gone to various other websites and they proudly display the dimensions...I think this is false advertising...and fraud. We love our adjustable California king bed!! The sales staff are excellent at listening to our needs. My back was in so much pain, my husband shoulders hurt on the memory foam Serra mattress after two years. First night we slept great and ever since! The delivery guys were beyond awesome, left a flowers and thank you note on bed. I would like to attach the picture we took of how wonderful the delivery men left our new bed. ...read more

Not only does this lower insurance claim costs, it can also bring comfort and reassurance to the victims of a disaster. It is not merely the utilitarian replacement of a place to sit and eat, but the table and chairs are representing the memories and family pleasures that have been built over the years. Families are often thrilled to learn a favorite piece of family furniture can be rescued to their household. As seen in the before and after photos on the website the cabinets have been badly burned in a fire. These cabinets on their own are considered irreplaceable, because they are part of an entire kitchen. In addition the homeowner does not want to simply replace this set because there are lots of memories that have been created in this kitchen.
