Colorado Cpr Association

5.0

By gLo1089

Our Company of 500 employees enlisted 10 employees who paid out of pocket to attend CPR training and certification with the Colorado CPR Association. The instructor was 15 minutes late, and started the class without an organized format. During a break, the instructor asked us to sign an attendance roster. I signed along with my other collegues. The 9 collegues received their CPR Certificate and i did not. CO CPR stated i didnt attend or sign the sheet. We had our admin contact, and witnesses and they refuse to provide a certificate or reimbursement. We asked for a fax of the attendance sheet and they denied with some bogus HEPA, its not a doctors/medical confidentiality. I suspect the business is a very small outfit, and poorly mismanaged with lack of organization or customer service. They take the money and run! I would encourage you to steer clear and sign up with a legitimate business. ...read more

Code Blue CPR

I was told my refund had been approved (after several rude and condescending e-mails from "customer service"). Three days after I was told I was getting my refund, the owner e-mailed me and said they would NOT give me a refund because ...read more
