Oh my gosh! I didn't know there were any Pier 1's around anymore. I'd even walked past this one and just assumed the space had never been leased since the recession. When I looked a little closer this week and realized they actually were up and running I couldn't wait to take a look. I walked in and it felt like I was home again :) (I've always loved Pier 1's). There was immediately available attendance, and when they didn't have something in stock they offered ideas for where I might find what I was looking for. Call this company for service, my central vac wasn't moving air like it normally did. Saw that they have a service special which saves me money. There is always a catch to those things. Not this time, he did exactly what he said would do and did it the same day I called. It was snowing that day, he shows up on time and takes off his boots as soon as he enters my home . That was impressive, he respected my home enough to do that with out me asking or dirty up my floors. It was smooth sailing from that point on he found the problem, went on to clean my filter checked all my inlets and charged me exactly what his advertised price...Made me look like a champ with my wife and Now I am looking at upgrading our vacuum tools. I will admit I was a bit hesitant when I selected this company to add inlets for a basement remodel. I chose them purely on how they handled my initial phone call, with a confirming email. The night prior to the appointment we received a phone call to confirm the time and the name of the person coming to our home. He added two inlets just like he quoted, it took him longer than he quoted, I can live with that. There was no surprises, he explained to me what he had to do did it, then cleaned the central vacuum filter. We asked him about some additional tools. He told me that he needed to look into a few things and that he would follow up in a few days. Two days later we got a call with the information we needed, the price and a delivery time.
