When I am old enough to live somewhere after selling my home and retiring as a mail carrier, I will live in this park. My Great Aunt lives in Holiday Hills, she sold her home and is really enjoying her brand new house and yard. The other house was twice the size and twice the headache with repairs and the neighbors at her old house were so unpredictable. Here your neighbors are all elderly and there are no teenagers or children waiting to make your relative a victim. Everyone cares about their home and for the money and piece of mind I would recommend this to everyone. Oh another aspect of this park is no Pit bulls or large dogs anywhere. Only small 20lb dogs are allowed so just little dogs being walked in the neighborhood with the owners waving and happy and content! Love this place! This community has made leaps and bounds in the past couple of years, with a new management team who genuinely seem to care for the residents. The community members feel welcome in the clubhouse, and our park is getting full again. It's really become a place I'm proud to call home! ...read more
