For optical shop, it seems promising, since it is owned by the doctors. Therefore, one would expect top notch skills and and services and a lot of TLC, if needed. But not in my experience. They are are just order takers to sent to an offsite lab(s) that apparently offers the same service that all the discount places have access especially if you are using the VSP insurance plan. Of course, they have all the high priced fashion designer brand frames made in China. LOL Use your insurance money wiser. ...read more

Dr. Reynolds and her staff are always friendly, professional, and thorough. She relates well with both parents and kids, remembering what's going on in each of our lives - school, activities, etc. She went above and beyond to make CRT lenses work for my son, doing extra appointments and consultations while making it doable for us financially. As an adult patient, she explains everything to me, and I always feel like she's keeping an eye (no pun intended!) on the health of my eyes, not just writing me a prescription to correct my vision now. I have complete trust in Dr. Reynolds and recommend her unconditionally. ...read more

My vision is extremely low. I have been wearing glasses since the third grade and contacts for about 25 years. I have visited Dr. Buchanan twice now and have also sent my husband who has decent eye sight to visit him. Dr. Buchanan has been the most knowledgeable optometrist - in terms of diagnostic care as well as insurance - that I have ever been to. His knowledge has helped me save money while receiving the best in vision care including one of the best pairs of glasses I've ever had and state of the art equipment to make my patient care much more comfortable. He has great office hours that are perfect for busy people. Recently, I was on vacation and had what I consider a contact lens emergency. One phone call to Dr. Buchanan and my problem was solved. As a family who continues to use his services, I'd highly recommend him. ...read more

But I don't fit contacts, I only sell them. Your eye doctor fit the contacts. Plus I gave you two months worth of free contacts until your insurance would kick in, and then you wanted more free contacts. Your complaint should be with your eye doctor not me. We have been open for 27 years. Please don't post fictitious reviews. Dave ...read more
