I will never do business with them again. I had flowers sent to my friend for her birthday. They did not get delivered to her office. So the next morning I called to see what happened. The girl said the delivery driver was not in and asked if I wanted them resent. I didn't because if they didn't deliver the first time what makes me think they would the second time. Plus by then the sentiment was ruined. So they said they would refund my credit card. An hour later my friend called and said her receptionist got the flowers from another office in the building because they were not delivered to the right office. Right after that two people from the flower delivery place came and TOOK THE FLOWERS BACK! Who does that?! Instead of calling me back and saying there was a mix up and asking if I still wanted a refund they sent two people over to REPOSSESS FLOWERS! Are you kidding me? Never again. ...read more
