Went into Hanson spot today to buy a hot tub. Already knew which one I wanted, but the female sales person plays nothing but rude. Blatantly said if we were not buying a 2017 spa tub today she wasn't going to spend time with us because somebody else walked through the door. Now I have $20,000 to drop on a hot tub spa today. But I will never step foot back to Hanson spa because of that woman. ...read more

Arctic Spas are a superior product. However, the local owner in Colorado Springs is seriously lacking in customer service/support. Won't return phone calls. Won't take responsibility for his actions. Always blames the customer or the manufacturer. Highest turnover rate for employees. Won't bother to take care of a customer after the sale. Can't deliver on promises. There are other Arctic Spa dealers in Colorado. It may cost you a bit more but you will not regret it in the long run. ...read more
