How are these people still open, I used their floor scrubbers which are very cheap and some items on the were broken. I had to go down to the office to find out if they had any other scrubbers. The lady at the front desk kept saying " I don't know anything". I'm sorry you work there and you don't know anything all I have to say is wow. The delivery guy didn't even know how to use the scrubber, I mean didn't even know how to make it move. I had to show him how to use it. I will never ever use them again. this lady does all she can to help. Got my replacement parts or credit for the ones that couldn't be replaced. She also stays in touch with her customers if they give her an email address. Says she has done this for over 9 years now. Drop in people are always welcome there too. ...read more
