This place is horrible. The owner stands up front saying have a good night but is never open to customer complaints. They don't allow purses or oversized wallets instead they tell you that you can use one of their lockers. Their prices are to high because of the make up to cover the discount. Owner states: It the law children between 12 and 20 not allowed in the store, its the law no purses. She lets children she knows into the store but others are not allowed. Some people have to show ID's while others do not. She yells at her employees in front of customers.I used to go to this place, but heard trom a beer distributor that they over charge and are always firing employees because they don't uphold the owners stupid policys. This would explain all of the UNFRIENDLY faces. I will not shop there again. owner has no sense of respect whatsoever. I from now on will go to Cheers ...read more

This place is horrible. The owner stands up front saying have a good night and thank you but is never interested in any feedback. They don't allow purses or oversized wallets instead they tell you that you can use one of their lockers. However, there is a 15 dollar charge if the key is misplaced. Their prices arent that great and nobody seems to know anything about their products. I used to love going to this place, but heard trom a distribution salesperson that they are on a firing rampage! This would explain all of the new UNFRIENDLY faces that are there! Also, don't go there if you are scared of fire as they have only one way in which is the same way out. All of their escape doors are blocked with horizontal bars across them. Where is the fire department during all of this? I would not shop there ever.
