My husband and I just had the pleasure of both meeting and working with Darek Sokol "European Painter" on a project in our home. I have worked with many contractors over the years, both personally and professionally, and I can say with all confidence that Darek is one of the best in his business. Darek completed an extensive painting project in our home that I thought would have taken a three man crew a week. The job was done in four and a half days, and at a very fair price. Additionally, we trusted him implicitly in our home. He was beyond respectful, and even enjoyed our two dogs who have historically been a handful for previous contractors. Hired European Painter to strip miles of wall paper out of a house I bought and paint the entire interior. As usual, the crew did a super job. They started and finished right on schedule, excellent job of patching and repairing the walls, extremely careful about all the trim (which was not painted), etc. They were a little more expensive than 2 other painters I talked to but I hired them anyway because I knew what kinds of job they would do. ...read more

Here's the solution...give he an ORIGINAL WORK OF ART...and fun cartoon of HER doing something that's fun to look at when hanging on the wall. AND...here's the BEST part...guests at the party can autograph the artwork and say nice things to make her feel special. My "autograph party panels" are 18" x 24" ( standard frame size ) and is painted in watercolors. Photos and description of her personality are provided to me and then I go to work as a cartoonist and "presto"...a fun and funny ( not insulting ) work of art is ready for her party.
