First off, I've never had a single problem with Dr. Raffa's office and I have been a loyal patient for 15 years. He is the kindest man and has always treated me and my family members with the utmost respect. When he relocated from Englewood to Castle Rock, I followed him, even though it takes longer to get to the new location. I was a patient of Dr. Raffa's for over a year and in spite of spending over $1500 was unable to get one pair of glasses or contact lenses that were satisfactory. The glasses were so bad that after examining three of the pairs Dr. Raffa sold me, a Kaiser Permanente optometrist was willing to write on KP letterhead that all three of them were totally outside of ANSI standards and completely unsatisfactory. I had a great experience with the doctor in the pracice. His eye exam was the best I ever had. He explained thinks quite well and was personable. The optical was one of the best I have seen. They carry great fashion frames and their prices were much better than the mall places. They even had great frames for my husband, who was not excited to buy glasses.
