Gluten-Free menu options are here… Hi pizza fanatics! After many many requests for aGluten Free menuwe have finally done it! After some extensive preparation, training and getting all of our ingredients certified Gluten-Free we are happy to introduce ournew gluten-free menu! We are proud to say that all of our gourmet ingredients&toppings were already Gluten-free, it must be the "real quality" (lack of all the fillers and additives)! Okay all but but the Teriyaki sauce, Bleu cheese dressing and of course whatever is made with sourdough. Our new Gluten Free pizza crust is prepared byThe Gluten Free Bistro, a local small business over in Boulder. The crust is nothing like the other cardboard g-free options! Now forward this email to all your friends that may have issues with gluten so they can enjoy "real quality" from DD's and you can all enjoy DD's Pizza together.
