Aborted oil change mission. Either make an appointment or go inside if getting your oil changed here. Ryan came out with a handheld computer, seemed confused how to use it, & after literally 10 min answering questions about my type of car (make, model, VIN #, year, walk-around inspection, opening the hood to see what type of oil my car needs, name, address, phone, license plate #), I then wait for the handheld computer to process, then I sign. The handheld computer went dead. Ryan said maybe the batteries went dead and we have to redo all the information on the computer inside. \t\nI said no thank you and drove to Boulder's Grease Monkey for a synthetic oil change at the same price but with great service and only four questions. ...read more
