I have lived nearby for over two years and thought the rest of the store was nice and the manager was friendly. I had my prescriptions moved to the store since it was closer. But, it turned out to be a big mistake. The Pharmacy staff has been at times rude, stern, and or unhelpful. ...read more

After being a customer for over 40 years in Broomfield, it saddens me to see what has happened to our store, cut backs so bad that people treat it like a fast stop for a few things store and no one gets their full groceries there anymore. not enough help, produce old, no bakery, nothing but 20 items or less check out register open. We know the remodel did not help, several managers has not helped, get rid of the negative checkers and keep the ones that make you feel like shopping there! Two females in particular are very bad at the register, sometimes yawming while they check me out. I want to remain a customer and hope that the store can stay open, but I am seriously doubting I can do that in the present way things are going. Safeway has the best meat and that keeps beringing me back, but King Soopers has two people per produce, three in bakery, and everyone is pleasant. I shop at many of these stores and this one is far the best. It carries items that other costco stores do not have. And the prices are just as good.\t\nThere customer service is great i bought some stuff there and when i got home i noticed my M&MS were not in the bag, we called costco and they just told me to come in when i have the time and get my M&Ms. Most stores as soon as you leave the parking lot you are out of luck. I also like how they treat their employees.
