Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about Bold. I really gave them a chance and they failed miserably. If something needed to be fixed it will not be done in a timely fashion, if at all. They will at least 2 months to give your deposit back with a significant amount of money taken out because of things that were already broken or damaged upon move in. The worst thing was how disrespectful they were. I was actually yelled at by one of the representatives Julian. It's one thing for a company to be bad at what they do but something totally different to yell at and hang up on your customers/tenants. I would recommend you stay as far away as possible. ...read more

We rented this "condo" for and were completely ripped off concerning our security deposit. Upon move in, our walls were not painted from the previous tenant, but only touched up - something that would come to haunt us later. The landlord "Brendan" was called again and again concerning various apartment repairs and never made one of them, one of them being a skylight leak (that we would be held resonsible for - like we got on the roof and caused it???). Upon fulfilling our contract and ending our lease, we were held responsible for all the repairs that we had been calling Brendan about that existed from the previous tenants abuse and for repainting the entire apartment, which was obviously not done when we moved in. This management property obviously preys on young people trying to make it in the Valley. We are currently in the process of going to small claims to court to recover our 2000.00 deposit plus the 1300.00 they say (with bogus receipts without vendor names) that we owe. ...read more
