By Barbara McKiski at Citysearch

I signed on to the web and was told I had 100 free bids and after bidding a few times, I received a prompt to buy more bids. It was 825 bids with 500 free for $495. I went to hit the "X" to get out of the screen and then it said I had bought the bids for $495. I spoke to live chat and they indicated they could not refund me the money. On no area could I find anything that said it was not refundable nor could the live chat people tell me where it said that. This doesn't make your city very popular, allowing this kind of business in your city. I would like you to contact them and have them credit my account for the $495. My name is Barbara McKiski, my email address is bmckiski@comcast and my zip code is 61114. These are the questions they asked me to locate my file. I hope to hear from you soon. Advise me if I need to send a letter with this information or not. Thank you in advance. I am a recent widow after 40 years of marriage and find myself out of work for over a year. Please help. Is there a state attorney I should be contacting if not you? If so, please advise me on how to reach them. ...read more
