Respondent failed to maintain adequate accounting records in violation of Colo. RPC 1.15(g)(1) and (2) and failed to hold client property separate from his own property in violation of Colo. RPC 1.15(a). Respondent violated Colo. RPC 4.2 by communicating directly with an opposing party when he knew the party was represented by counsel.
