Carpet Tech

Bozo the CLOWNS they didn't get my carpet cleaned the first time.
The second time here the tech pulled my carpet up, told me I needed new pad. He left and they never came back. After multiple attempts to get them back, I had another company finish the job and do it right the first time without new pad.
Twice there were no shows, after the rare occasion they answered the phone.

By the way the carpet was like new, other than one spot.
