Carlyle at Waters Apartments

Do not waste time in this apartment rental. Too many bugs every where. They never go away no matter how much I do. Neighbors very loud. Downstair, upstair and next to me. They play music all hours and office won't make them turn down. Men outside all the time not doing anything. I think no one who lives here works. Office don't return phone call and close when they feel like it. Recently, I forced to buy cable from their own company called broad star. Very bad service from this company, my cable no work and my internet turns off for no good reason. I am breaking lease and moving in another week. I rather pay extra money for better living arrangements.

Roach infested, had to have them come out every week to spray and I was still seeing them. Cars get stolen almost every other day. Gate rarely works and everyone knew the 4 number password that the police use to open gate.
Good luck trying to get your deposit back. I left the place spotless and the wouldn't give me back my deposit. Charged me cleaning fees. Had to call Roxanne (the manager) literaly 18-20 times to try to resolve issue and in the end 6 months later, I was still out my deposit. Place is horrible I strongly recommend not living there.

High crime area, cars are always getting stolen or broken into.
Place has a major roach problem. Leaks from apartment above comming into my unit. Mold problems
