My old dog has been groomed regularly for the last decade (at least!), but NEVER so badly as at this place. They hadn’t shampooed her (and didn’t charge me for THAT), but they'd “groomed” her. HA! They left 4 inches of hair on her belly, and shaved her face hair--after I'd expressly said not to cut off her whiskers/eyebrows. They cut almost to the skin on her snout. The rest is equally messed-up. I asked for a partial refund. They refused and said they'd told me about the cut (they'd only told me about the non-shampooing, AFTER they'd already cut her hair). IN SHORT: They advertised services they didn't deliver, and treated me like dirt when I complained. When I asked for a partial refund, they said "you need to leave. This is harassment. I'm calling the police." (!!!!) Seriously, I hadn't even raised my voice (even though the groomer was VERY defensive and belligerent). I'd just asked them to clarify the story about what they'd done to my poor dog. DON'T GO HERE. ...read more

Maple Butter - Smells like sweet pancakes. Pima Cotton - Smells like fresh laundry! Root Beer Float - I want to drink this. It smells exactly like a root beer float. Sage & Sweet Grass - Like soap meets fresh cut grass. Spiced Grapefruit - Exactly like a grapefruit and maybe a little pine mixed in. Spiced Orange Harvest - This is like heaven. It's orange with a little kick. Tahiti Pear - This is amazing and fruity. Smells just like a pear with a dash of tangerine. Twilight - Smells like soap. Wild Black Cherry - Smells like a cherry air head candy.
