My parent has fallen out of bed several times and out of the wheelchair several times. I was told that they can't be with the individual every minute, which is true. However, I observed on a visit before the latest fall that my parent was not strapped into the wheelchair. When I mentioned this, I was told that they would be more careful about doing that.
