It was great to have Steve come out to my office to fix one of our PCs and to troubleshoot some issues on our network. He answered some of our (more off-the-wall) questions and was professional, as well as personable, all at the same time. I guess I would say he lived up to his moniker of us having a 'brother' in the computer business. I'll be looking forward to calling upon Steve's company when it's time to update our website.
