The daycare facility in general is very nice. My daughter started there at 3 months old and is now 5 months old. She really seemed to like Jen and adjusted quickly to being in daycare. Jen kept our daughter on schedule with naps and feedings. Then, on a Wednesday evening we recieved an e-mail stating that we were not a good fit for the daycare. It said to not bring our daughter the next day or Friday. She said that she would drop off a refund check and our daughter's belongings the following day. It ended with informing us that the e-mail terminated our contract. We recieved no prior notice and no prior discussions of issues. Very unprofessional for a new daycare.
