Went in to get an oil change on my Civic. Technician was very personable and cool. He recommended a different weight of oil based on car mileage rather than the Honda spec. He completed the oil change and went about other checks for upsells (trans fluid, filters, etc). He observed my trans fluid was low and commented on it. I didn't have time for flush & fill, so I said I'd bring it back in. He offered to just top it off in the interim. Came back in for another oil change, now tech is mgr. I told him the car had been running poorly since the last change, asked him to put in the Honda spec this time. It didn't really help. A week later on my way home my transmission just stopped. I did some research and found out that wrong fluid can ruin the transmission. I recall he filled it using one of their overhead hoses. I went back in to talk to him today, and when I talked about him topping off the fluid, he looked off and said "I don't think I topped it off". I was right there when he did it, and SAW him do it. Went to get new tires, they over priced even the cheap ones and after they were exposed brand does not cost that much they finally relented for the price. Tire popped literally twelve hours later due to defect AND when brought back they changed tired after questioning their own warranty. Found out months later they changed the tire to a different size causing uneven wear of tires and balance!!! Do not go to this place it is a rip off and apparently they do not care for their work. ...read more
